The Master Cleanse is something that has been around since the 70′s. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s basically a drink that is supposed to cleanse you out, and resent your ph in your body. It’s made up of lemons, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. That’s all you can drink for 10 days. I was pretty sure 10 days was too long for me so I challenged myself to 5 days. I lasted 3. I will start off with the main problem I had with it is that there is no variety. You can either have hot lemon/cayenne pepper/maple syrup juice or have it cold. It’s gets boring fast.

Dermlogica’s Multivitamin Power Serum ($65.00) is a serum full of vitamins. It contains vitamin’s A, E, C, Magnesium, Vitamin F, and a couple of others. It is a little thicker than a regular serum and has the texture of a cross between a cream and a serum. I like this one better than their concentrate version because you can control how much you use. This serum helps repair your damaged skin, minimize wrinkles, sagging and over all anti-aging.
