This Hard Candy Baked Eyeshadow in Lunar Eclipse looks beautiful in the package. I love the bronzey, gold color. When I saw it I knew I wanted to try it. I went with a color that I thought would be easy to wear even though I wanted to try the blue and purple ones.
I was disappointed with this shadow. The color looks awful on my skin tone (olive) and looks sheer and flat. I thought I was going to do a smokey eye with it because it looks like a color that I could easily build the color on and have a spin on a smokey eye. The gold glitter that runs through the eyeshadow gets messy and was all over my cheek bones. I didn’t like that at all. I also found it hard to build the color on my eyes. I wouldn’t recommend this shadow.
