It’s my final week in Morocco, and I couldn’t go back home without peeking into my dear sister-in-law’s make-up bag for “What’s in the bag Wednesday.” Like us, Hanaa loves trying out beauty products and make-up, so when she tells me she loves something, I usually run out and get it! Bobbi Brown Pressed Powder: Of all the products in her bag, Hanna swears by this the most. She is a raving fan! Why? It evens skin tone, goes on smooth, won’t feel heavy, and it lasts all day. She has recommended this to everyone she knows, and those who have bought it always thank her for the tip.
Guerlain Terracotta: We can’t have a perfect tan all the time, so when you want to look like you spent a few days at the beach, but skip the sun damage, this is your best bet. Hanaa loves the light texture and super natural look of this.
Helena Rubenstein Lash Queen Feline Extravaganza: This formula is light and the brush is thick, the results: Long and full lashes with zero clumping.
Clinique Cream Shaper for Lips: She keeps this neutral lip liner for when she needs extra definition, and because it has a handy little brush on one end for blending.
MAC Technakohl Liner in Black: No make-up bag is complete with out black eyeliner. This one is great because it’s versatile. For a thin line, apply at a 90 degree angle, for a thicker more dramatic look, apply at a flat angle. It’s a great liner to have if you want a quick way to turn a day look into night.
Dior Addict Ultra Gloss and Dior Lip Maximizer: The lip maximizer makes lips look soft and full, and the gloss has a super luxurious shimmer that lasts forever. The shade, Outrageous Fuchsia, is bright and fun.
